The Preliminary SAT (PSAT) will be administered to Harbor High juniors and sophomores on Wednesday, October 16th, beginning at 8:30am, free of charge with no pre-registration required.

The PSAT is a practice test that prepares students for success on the SAT, a commonly required college placement test, and provides students with an early indication of what they will need to do in order to be successful in applying for and attending college. Even for students who are not already planning to attend university or those who are otherwise unsure of their post-high school plans, taking the PSAT can be a good idea as it is not unusual for the test to identify students who should be considering attending a four-year college.
